From the start of our forum skinning project to the finish, we have had no problems that Miner couldn't resolve quickly and without any trouble for us. Even when we couldn't get some server access he wanted, he found a way around the problem and got the skin installed quickly.
The quality of the design is great and our users will love it, I'm sure.
Also, he is willing to fix/change things even after the design is done to make sure that you are happy with the project.
