I recently approached Miner for some work on my site. I was already using one of his skins, but it needed a little bit more liveliness. I paypaled him the money, and he kept me updated every step of the way, including screen shots of the work that had been done so far. He always asked for approval before moving to the next step! :D
I must say that my site now looks incredible. It is a complete difference from what I had attempted to do... :o
If you are hesitant about paying the money, TRUST ME, its worth it. Nowhere else are you going to find this kind of service and turnaround time for such a low price. I will definately be utilizing Miners skills in any future additions I need for my site. :cool:
