I can't say enough good things about working with Miner to design the skin for our VB site. We had a complex site design, and Miner's fees were not the lowest, but still very reasonable. I value quality service over the lowest price, so we decided to use Miner, and I'm glad we did.
The level of communication is excellent. He is very patient and professional, and he did a fantastic job for us. I have worked with several programmers in the past and I wish everyone was as professional and reliable as Miner.
