After looking for a graphic artist to help me redesign my vB Forum, I found Minerskinz and liked his designs. I was initially concerned about his "pay-in-full" before any work policy and the fact that he was located in India....but after seeing the first draft, I was very impressed.
I chose "Package C" and the final price was actually lower than I was expecting. The better news was that the final design, delivered to me one day earlier than anticipated, far exceeded by original expectation.
Let me repeat that to clarify my opinion....the minerskinz design far exceeded my original expectatation, delivered the design one day earlier than I expected, and was priced lower than I was anticipating.
